The Frontline Strategy team has many years of collective experience in Indian Public markets, Private Equity,Venture Capital and Banking. Every Principal has more than 15 years of varied experience in investment and divestments and financial services.

The team has a successful track record of identifying “below the radar” companies across sectors, many of which have proven to be very successful investments over time. The team plays a very hands on role in all its investments through Board driven activism to create value for minority shareholders. The Core team brings systems and global practices to small/mid-sized manufacturing and other industrial companies, enabling them to scale up rapidly and be globally competitive.

It has an extensive network to generate a strong deal flow and has Principals/Advisors operating out of USA, Spain, Singapore and India.
