markets. At FSLLC, Atim brings his rich
experience in meeting the “investors’
expectation” with an eye on due
diligence and effective corporate governance
of investee companies to ensure value
maximization for the shareholders.
Prior
to founding FSLLC, Atim was working as
an Assistant Director, Asian equity sales
at ABN Amro Securities, New York where
he set up the Asia Pacific sub continent
desk focused on Institutional clients.
Atim has also worked with other leading
global institutions like ANZ Grindlays
and IL&FS in India.
Atim
is a Economics graduate from Delhi University
and an MBA (Finance) from NMIMS, Bombay
Supratim Basu
Supratim has over 14 years of top quality equity
research experience, with top-drawer foreign and Indian brokerage firms like Deutshce
Bank, ICICI Securities, Indosuez WI Carr and ABN Amro. He has extensive knowledge of
the tech sector, having tracked the Indian technology sector for over 12 years. He
knows all the major and many smaller tech companies very well. He has a personal equation
with many CEOs and CFOs in this sector and has a very strong corporate information
network. He has also tracked the telecom, automobile, power and consumer sectors
at different points in time. He also has an extensive network with leading institutional
investors in USA, Europe and Asia, including both long-only investors and hedge funds.
Supratim has a Bachelors major in Statistics and operations from
Bombay University and a Masters in Management Studies (MBA) from
Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Bombay University.
Sanjay Bhattacharya
Sanjay Bhattacharya, based in Mumbai, has over 15 years of experience, out of which 7 years is in venture investing and divesting as CFO & Investment Manager with Infinity Fund, India. He has handled 3 divestments through IPO, Trade exits, and VC Buyouts. Sanjay is also the Co-founder of a Visual Radio and Mobile T.V company focussed on providing real-time interactive broadcast programme on the mobile with Television channel partners. This supplements his Multi-sectoral Industrial, Project & Corporate finance background with Nokia, WorldTel-UK, Tata Group, SRF & Living Media.
The team will benefit from Sanjay’s rich experience of a wide range of businesses (Industrial, Technology & Telecom) at the operational, financial and strategy levels to investments and divestments across the ITT (Internet, Telecom & pure play Technology) business segments. Sanjay also adds to the team’s strong relationships with Investment Banks, Industrial houses, Brokerage and Accounting & Law firms in India.
Sanjay is a Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Cost & Works Accountant (CWA).
J. Venkatadas
Das has over 25 years of experience in credit administration, industrial consultancy and investment banking.
Das has demonstrated his abilities in deal identification at an early stage, negotiation and advising the companies in business development,
financial discipline and strategy. He has a very strong network with fast growing companies, banks, private equity and VCs.
Das has earlier served as the Managing Director of Canbank Venture Capital Fund and was the founder secretary
of Indian Venture Capital Association.
Dinesh Kamath
Dinesh Kamath has over 6 years of experience in managing a portfolio of USD$20m for a Pharmaceutical Company. He has strong experience on finance, accounts and taxations aspects of a business with domain experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Dinesh brings a wealth of experience in supervising statutory, regulatory and legal compliances too. He has experience of finalisation of accounts, working of tax liability and dealing with Income tax authorities as well as providing MIS reports. Besides, he has extensively dealt with Banks and Financial Institutions for arranging loans; as well as for setting up and streamlining cash management systems.
Dinesh is an Bachelor of Commerce from Bombay University and a Graduate Cost and Works Accountant.
