Manish Gupta

Manish, who recently relocated back to India/Mumbai has over 17 years of corporate experience. Manish has a strong cross-border M&A experience incl. deal sourcing, due diligence, closure and post-acquisition integration. He spent almost 12 years with a leading global pharmaceutical company as Head of Business Development and was closely involved in 13 M&A transactions across India, Europe and the Americas with an EV in excess of $ 800 million. He spent nearly 4 years overseas heading the operations of the acquired entities in Germany, Ireland and US.

Manish has prior work experience in Project Management, Management Consultancy and with an Indian stock-broking house.

Manish has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from MSU, Baroda and a Masters in Management Studies from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai University.
