Fund II - India Industrial Growth Fund
Frontline Strategy launched its second fund, India Industrial Growth Fund in Year 2008. The Fund will make private equity investments in India’s small and medium enterprises, with each investment likely to be in the USD 10-12 million range over the life-cycle of investments. The Fabiani Family Investment Office is the anchor investor in the Fund.
IIGF’s investment objective is to achieve medium to long term capital appreciation by making investments in privately negotiated equity and equity-linked instruments in emerging and growth oriented companies in small and medium enterprise segment. These investments in Indian companies will be under FDI compliance.
The Fund team actively lends itself to the company’s business growth through it’s global network of relations, helps set-up systems, processes and governance as well as senior level recruitments so that the company is readied for participation by a larger investor base and the public through IPO’s in the medium term. The Fund will generally target companies with a stable cash flow history and will usually provide growth, expansion and restructuring capital.
