Cash Flows - We take an extremely critical look at historical and projected cashflows and subject them to a thorough sensitivity analysis. Unless we are satisfied about a business' ability to generate positive cash flows even under adverse business conditions, we do not invest in the company.

Management - We look for a very strong and capable management team, in terms of their background, experience, credibility and reach in the market place. We do not invest in companies that do not possess the requisite management bandwidth. A reference check is done on all key management personnel without exception.

Customers - We believe in the good old saying 'Customer is King' and would prefer to invest in companies which have demonstrated their ability to create a solid, marquee customer base. Customer references form an integrated part of our evaluation process.
